In addition to his technical skills, Todd is also known for his strong communication and organizational abilities, which have enabled him to successfully manage complex construction projects from start to finish.

How much does a basement cost?
Of course everyone will have their own expectations. In the past year most of our basement projects have been from $70,000 – $80,000 where the most custom ones have reached to $100,000 +.
Are you Insured and what does that mean?
Yes, we are fully insured for $2,000,000. That means if something happens you are fully covered and have nothing to worry about.
How long does it take to finish a basement?
Typically we need 6 weeks for a completely custom basement. Guaranteed!
Is your company local?
Yes, born and raised in London. Todd and his team are like a family and have been working together for many years.
Can we make changes during our project?
Yes, we plan for this. We aim to please and we know your project will have some changes along the way.
Does it cost for a consultation?
